Ticket Terms and Conditions
- Tickets are neither transferable nor refundable.
- Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed into the venue.
- Tickets must only be purchased from the official point of sale (Sajilni.com). Otherwise the management has the right to deny entry to any non-official ticket holders.
- All guests must have their tickets with them, subject to inspection at any time.
- The show starts at 8pm, so make sure to be there before this time. Please be seated before this time.
- Doors Entry to the venue will be open at 6:00 pm.
- Admission is not guaranteed to ticket holders arriving after the main show starts.
- Ticket holders with special needs should make prior arrangements for entrance and seating by contacting us on: 07 97471747.
- Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.
- Mobile phones must be silenced during the performance.
- No filming or recording of the concert is permitted.
- No outside glass bottles, food, lighters, professional cameras or camcorders are permitted inside the venue.
- Management shall not be held responsible for any lost personal items or personal accidents.
- Bags, briefcases and packages will be subject to inspection for security check. Do not leave your bags unattended at any time.
